Online Utility Payments

ONLINE BILL PAY now available through MuniBilling

Payments can be made by credit/debit card or e-check.

Credit cards will charge a 2.99% fee and E-Checks will charge $1.00. The city of Gibbon will no longer be taking credit card payments over the phone. In order to pay your bill by credit card you will need to set up an account in the customer portal.

NOTE: The URL must be copied and pasted into your browser to access the page. 

Through the customer portal, you will be able to:

  • Make a one-time payment
  • Setup autopay
  • Select your bill delivery method (mail, email or both)
  • Update your contact information
  • Review your bill and payment history

 

First-Time users:

  1. Click on New? Setup account with access code
  2. Fill in New Customer Account with your account #, unique access code and email address, then click Create Account.
  3. An email will be sent with a link titled: Click Here to Confirm Account. From this link, you will be prompted to Confirm My Account by selecting your username and password.
  4. Be sure to add the email address noreply@safemaildelivery.net to your safe email allow list to ensure it doesn't get caught in your spam filter.
